 – How/When Will I Get My eBook?

As soon as you complete the order process, all ebooks—and eventually audiobooks!—are immediately delivered by email from my distributor, BookFunnel. If it hasn’t arrived, the first thing to do is check your spam folder. It it’s there, be sure to mark it as not junk/spam.

You can also find any books you’ve purchased directly from me HERE. Alternatively, head to the BookFunnel help page and use your email address to log in.

 – What Format Will My eBook Be In?

It doesn’t matter what ereader you prefer–Amazon, Kobo, Nook–or your phone/tablet, computer, or the free BookFunnel app. We’ve got you covered!

 – How Do I Add my Book to My Device?

I’ve partnered with BookFunnel because they provide help if you need it. Please look for their contact info in your email.

Paperbacks

For now, and mostly because of cost control, print books are printed and shipped in the UK. So, depending on where you are in the world, delivery can take 3 to 4 weeks.

At some point in the near future, when my printer sorts out some logistical issues, I hope to be able to ship from the US as well.
